In 12 days, the other art teacher I will be working with and I have sent twenty two emails back and forth. And not short emails, either. 7-10 paragraph LONG emails. She is SO HELPFUL and I am so thankful. We are sharing all kinds of ideas already on projects, grading, organization. It’s the best.
I am really looking forward to my first year of teaching EVER. There may be other first years at new schools, but this will be my only first year EVER. I could not be more excited!
I can’t wait to get everything set up and start taking/posting pictures!

I recently graduated Cum Laude from Towson University with a degree in Art Education. During the school year, I am a middle school art teacher in Anne Arundel County. In the summer, I am both a camp counselor and instructor of art camps for youth at my local community college. This blog documents teaching experiences, ideas, and some of my personal artwork.
